Specific terms for Subscription’s, Tipping and Banner Advertisements are found under each heading below. Further, general terms applicable to all services are found under a specific heading.

These General Terms of Sale shall, where applicable, apply unless otherwise agreed. When subscribing as a subscriber the General Terms of Sale – Subscriber shall apply.
 

Section 1:  Subscription Fees - Each and every premium content creator has the option to set their own subscription amount per account. Subscription fees are collected through (2) methods of payment. We offer three renewal subscription terms for subscribers that are either weekly / monthly or yearly subscriptions. (1) The first method of payment is “stage 1” that consists of PayPal & BitPay payment processing. (2) The second method of payment is “stage 2” that consists of a process through web3 programming technology that incorporates our (Osyriz) native tokens Ultimatebnb (ULTBNB) & Ultimatepower (ULTPOW) through the Binance block-chain network. Stage 1: Payment Method - Subscribers that are subscribing to premium accounts pay viewing fees using PayPal or BitPay. PayPal or BitPay is used to buy points that are added to the subscribers account for a later use. Fees are subject to different amounts from different premium account holders. Any amount due from the subscriber of their chosen subscription renewal term will be deducted from the subscriber's account. If a subscriber has zero remaining funds in their account then subscription will be canceled. Re-activation of any subscription is managed by simply adding funds to your (subscribers) account. Stage 2: Payment Method - Subscribers that are subscribed to premium accounts pay viewing fees using a process through web3 programming technology that incorporates our governance token Ultimatepower (ULTPOW) through block-chain payment processing. Our token will be used for immediate payment in real time through this process to any premium account holder.

Section 2:  Tipping fees - At any time within stream.ultimatefans.tv tipping is appreciated. Tipping is a mechanism built into the platform to offer an immediate tip transfered from a subscriber's account to a premium account holder for their streaming content service’s at the discretion of the subscriber for any monetary value. Tipping is a one-time transaction in real time.
 

Section 3:  Banner Advertisements Fees – Banner Advertisements is another token utility within our Osyriz ecosystem to bring revenue to the project. Advertisers and or customers will purchase banner space within the Osyriz.com website with payment in our governance token ultimatepower (ULTPOW). Section 4:  Changes in Terms of Sale - We may revise these Terms of Sale from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our processing of any Terms of Sale and will always be at https://osyriz.com/terms-of-sales (Osyriz). If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you within https://osyriz.com or by sending an email to the email address associated with your account from support@osyriz.com. By continuing to access or use our Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
