Section 1: Overview:

Osyriz give users access to first-class features and/or free and paid content in exchange for payment using UltimateBNB’s native tokens. The paid services offered by Osyriz include, paid live-streams, streamer tipping, content creator subscriptions, content purchase and other services Osyriz wish to offer in the future. All purchased and transactions processed for the use of paid services on Osyriz are subject to these Terms of Services.

Section 2: Recognition/Acceptance:

By using the paid services of Osyriz, you signify your agreement and acceptance of these Paid Services Terms, Osyriz Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Osyriz website. When you complete a purchase through Osyriz’ paid services, you signify that you wish to enter into a binding contract for the provision of the applicable Paid Services. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, you are not permitted to use the Paid Services on Osyriz.

Section 3: Content Agreement / Licence:

By using Osyriz’s paid services, you agree that the content is for personal use only. Use of content from the Osyriz paid services is not permitted. By using Osyriz paid services, you agree not to use any content in part or whole in connection with any public forum or presentation regardless if the event is free or paid. By accepting Osyriz paid services terms, you are receiving a general licence to access paid content. If Osyriz determines you have not adhered to any of the conditions of the Paid Services terms, your rights under Section 2 Content Agreement / License will immediately be terminated as will your access to Osyriz without notice or refund.

Section 4: Accessing Paid Services:

The use of Osyriz Paid Services is subject to the Osyriz Paid Service Usage Rules. These usage rules describe how both viewers and content creators access or use the different types of Paid Services on Osyriz. If these rules are broken, access to Osyriz will be terminated without notice or refund.

Both paid and free content on Osyriz may require certain device, system and software requirements to be met before given access to Paid services. These requirements may be changed from time to time depending on website upgrades. If you have difficulty accessing Osyriz paid services, contact support@osyriz.com.

Some paid content may not be available in all countries. As a viewer, you agree that the information you provide is not false or misleading in any way and is an accurate representation of yourself as a resident of a supporting country. By agreeing to the above, you will respect Osyriz’s terms and will not attempt to bypass any limitations on access to or content available within the Paid Services

Section 5: Restrictions:

When using Osyriz paid services, you will not:

1. Use Osyriz and any of its services (free or paid) in an illegal manner or for illegal purposes

2. Access or attempt to access any age restricted areas if the viewer does not satisfy the minimum age requirements.

3. Access any paid services without the correct authorization or by means other than those authorized by Osyriz

4. Use material that is protected under copyright without the correct permissions or references.

5. Remove any registered material, notices or labels on the paid services.

6. Share your Osyriz username and password with a third party to allow them access to any service they have not ordered.

7. Interfere With any security measures Osyriz uses to protect paid services and content creators

8. Copy, rent or sell content that is not the property to the viewer.

9. Reuse content that is not the property to the viewer.
    

Section 6: Payment, Refund and Cancelation Policy:

Payment:

Osyriz payment method is based on two stages:

• Stage One is based on viewers using PayPal and BitPay to use points to pay for access to stream, tipping and content. The funds obtained from the purchase of the points is manually converted to UltimatePower (UltPow) on a daily basis (at a minimum). The streamer submits their points and are sent the equivalent amount of UltPow. 

• Stage Two is the integration of the specifically designed web3 payment gateway. This process eliminates the use of PayPal and BitPay and rolls the use of UltPow into one process. The viewer buys points with ULTPOW tokens and uses these for access, tipping and content directly with the streamer.

The user must have access to various exchanges, preferable swap.ultimatebnb.co, to swap stable coin for UltPow. The viewer must also have an established wallet to store the tokens after purchase. The prices for any Paid Service on Osyriz may change at any time, depending on token price, exchange rate or the content creator to name a few. Osyriz does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction/increase or promotional offering. By using Osyriz, you agree to pay for any Paid Service that you order. Osyriz offers subscription services that are setup as automatic renewal. As a user of Osyriz, if you purchase any automatically renewing subscriptions, you agree that Osyriz will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the relevant subscription.

Refund:

You can cancel your subscription to a paid subscription at any time before the end of the billing period. Osyriz reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after seven (7) working days at our sole discretion, except where the Paid Service is defective. If the viewer was misled by a content creator, the viewer can create a refund claim at the email address support@osyriz.com. Osyriz will investigate the claim and provide feedback as to the result of the investigation. If a refund is approved, it will be issued after 7 days. Depending on the duration of the subscription, the viewer may be issued a partial refund that is pro-rated for the remaining time left on the subscription. In the event the viewer is eligible to receive a refund (for any reason), Osyriz reserves the right to terminate the viewer's access to the Paid Service purchased. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be taxed at three (3) percent to burn the tokens (explained below).

Tax:

During stage 1,viewers will be charged a 10% surcharge on all transactions. This 10% will be used to build the marketing wallet and to pay expenses associated with launch and continuous operation. To maintain a stable total supply, a burn mechanism has been built into Osyriz process with the integration of Stage 2. As a result, three (3) percent tax will be incurred for every transaction. The tokens obtained by this tax will be removed from supply and sent to the project's dead wallet. As stated above, in the event of a refund, it will be taxed at three (3) percent for allocated tokens for the burn. The user has the responsibility for reporting and paying any taxes associated with payment sent and received while using Osyriz paid services. Osyriz assumes no responsibility for individual tax responsibilities.

Section 7: Changes:

Osyriz reserves the right to remove content from a paid service if it is deemed to break any of Osyriz terms of service. Osyriz will have no liability to either the content creator in the event of content removal. It is at the sole discretion of Osyriz to decide whether to provide a pro-rated refund to the viewers.

Osyriz reserves the right to change the availability of the paid services at any time. As stated above, Osyriz also reserves the right to suspend, discontinue and/or modify paid services with or without notice and without liability for the mentioned actions. If deemed appropriate by Osyriz, paid services may also be changed. From time to time, the Paid Services Terms may be updated. Find the most up to date version of the terms cane at Paid Services Terms. By completing a purchase after the Paid Services Terms have been updated, this signifies acceptance of the changes. If the viewer refuses to accept the updated Paid Service Terms then they may not buy any additional Paid Services and Osyriz reserves the right to remove their access to the website.

Section 8: Other:

Below are additional term not covered above:

1. The viewer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner.

2. The viewer agrees that they are solely responsible for their use of any Paid Service, any breach of their obligations under the Paid Service Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach. Osyriz assumed no responsibility for the viewer or their actions.

3. The viewer recognizes and agrees that certain content available on Osyriz’s Paid Services may be considered offensive to some people. The viewer agrees to use Osyriz at their own risk and, subject to applicable laws, Osyriz will have no liability to you for any content that you find offensive.
