Osyriz is a Live-Streaming service that is a cryptocurrency driven live-streaming platform that offers a means of payment to our content creators and or live-streamers outside of the current traditional methods using our native tokens UltimatePower (ULTPOW) & UltimateBNB (ULTBNB). What information do we collect:

Upon entrance to our site you will notice there is an option to accept cookies. Please see our cookies information below under “Use of Cookies”.

Once you become a creator you will be asked for additional personal information which is stored on our dedicated server for the life of your account or until canceled. This information is solely used for (2) purposes. (1) Your state Issued photo ID, and username are used for the validation process to verify users 18+ and to establish you are who you say you are. (2) In the event there is a copycat who is trying to or has mimicked your account/credentials such information described above will be used for investigation purposes and ban misused/fraudulent users.

Any function on our site that asks about connecting your wallet or connecting to any other payment source (ie, PayPal, BitPay) is strictly a one-time usage in real time and no private and or personal information will be stored or saved on our server in any such case.

Under the contact form. Any submission on this part will be sent only to our site administrators for further processing. All emails are stored on our dedicated server for the length of your account for any future conversations that entail referring back to said email.

Any personal Information or monetary transactions for banner advertisement payments will be strictly a one-time engagement in real time and no private and or personal information will be stored or saved on our server in any such case.

Similarly, to improve your experience, we work with third-party partners to display their video content on Osyriz. When you watch or otherwise interact with content from these partners, they may receive and process your personal data as described in their privacy policies. In our case we outsource Agora as our Live stream service provider and also live chat stream provider. Please refer to Agora’s Privacy Policy for further information.

How do we secure personal data:

Helping to keep your personal data safe against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration is our top priority. To protect your personal data, we use technical, physical, and administrative security measures that include:

- Firewalls
- Data encryption
- Physical access controls in our Administration Panel

While we protect our systems and services, you’re responsible for keeping your password(s) and account information private. You are also responsible for making sure your personal information is accurate and up to date. If your account is closed, we may keep your personal data and other information as required by law. How long do we keep your personal data for:

Once you become a creator you will be asked for additional personal information under “What Information do we Collect” which is stored on our dedicated server for the life of your account or until you delete your account or if there is such a case of misuse under our “Use of automated decision-making and profiling” then most of your personal information will be deleted from our server along with the cancellation of your full account from our administration.

Monetary transactions of any payment processing feature on Osyriz.com will be solely for that single use purpose in real time and no private and or personal information will be stored or saved on our server in any such case.

Your rights in relation to personal data:

When it comes to how your personal data is collected, stored, used, and shared, you have rights and choices.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we’ve collected about you in the past 12 months. You also have the right to ask us to delete your personal data we have collected about you. If you want to see or delete your personal data, Email us here or submit your request from our contact page within the site. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level of service solely for exercising your privacy rights.

If you request to see or delete your personal data, we’ll first need to verify who you are before we can respond to your request. If we can’t verify your identity, we will not be able to fulfill your request. If you want to delete your personal data, you have choices:

In the event when there is either misuse, harassment, profiling, verbal abuse and any other kind of misuse or abusive, unreasonable behavior on our platform we have the right to edit, delete and or access said abusers account if such action is required to investigate further to resolve any such matter of importance and this use of our administration rights will only be used for such purpose.
